We are currently looking for a Publisher Acquisition Manager for our Axtion (Adport) company, to join our fantastic team. Adport is a high-tech advertising company founded in 2019 under the parent company, Kimia. Throughout these years we have evolved in the advertising ecosystem, becoming one of the most innovative and leading Ad Networks in the market. We offer 360º monetization solutions for publishers and high-quality traffic for performance-oriented advertisers. With our own technological platform, we work with different advertising formats: Push Notifications, Pops, In-Page Push, Direct Links, Interstitials and Rich Media. We are constantly developing new methods and strategies to make online advertising more attractive and profitable for our partners.
Our incredible team is made up of Designers, Copywriters, Account and Affiliate Managers, Engineers and Media Buyers and we are currently looking for a Publisher Acquisition Manager.
The Publisher Acquisition Manager will play a key role in growing the publisher network, both in depth and breadth of publishers. Our new collegue will work to optimize a portfolio of publishers through creating new partnerships and proposing growth strategies. This role will be in charge of representing Adport brand in market with the aim of recruiting new publishers, focusing on large and scalable publishers in priority.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and secure a portfolio of key objectives, and work towards acquisition and revenue goals set for Adport (achieving reach, revenue, and other key metric targets in line with established budgets and KPIs).
- With the help of the commercial team, build a large portfolio of potential clients, track, chase and close deals.
- Identify new business development opportunities.
- Formalize collaboration agreements with key partners for Adport, with a focus on maximizing high-revenue generation opportunities.
- Negotiation and closing of agreements with publishers.
- Establish lasting connections with active and potential publishers.
- Supports partner on-boarding to help achieve faster adoption and activation, into Publisher/Supply Development.
Requisitos mínimos
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications) preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different types of interlocutors.
- Problem solving skills: ability to think creatively and use professional judgment.
- Proven track record of execution.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English (minimum C1).
- Solid proficiency with Excel for client-ready reports and presentations.
